Even though we faced challenges throughout the year, our administration and staff excelled in their daily tasks of running the Saturday School successfully. A big thank-you to everyone!

As you know, our Saturday School works with the Toronto District School Board, which in turn works under the guidance of The Ministry of Education. The school board subsidizes some of our expenses; the remaining funds come from fees collected from parents and individual donations. Not having collected any fees in 2020/2021, but having had some reserve funds from previous years, we were able to offer a virtual Armenian language program free of charge last year. However, in order to cover our operating cost this year and to continue offering our community the same caliber of teaching as we have in the past, we ask that you support us financially with the following fee, which is less than $5 a week/per child:
1 child – $150
2 children – $250
3 children – $400
No fees will be collected for the credit courses Level 1 and Level 2, as these courses are part of TDSB’s high-school program.

If and when we return to on-location schooling later in the 2021/2022 academic year, the annual standard fee of $550 per child will apply for the remainder of the year on a prorated basis.
